Rebol is a fast-casual cafe concept offering 100% non-gmo fare. Rebol is located on Cleveland’s newly renovated Public Square and is open from 7 am on weekdays to close (typically 8 pm), and 8 am - close on the weekends. Rebol is a unique place to grab lunch, or sit and enjoy the view of our gorgeous new Public Square.
Breakfast offerings range from sandwiches to overnight oats (vegan and paleo friendly), to specialty breakfast bols. Lunch offerings can be described similar to Chipotle, numerous signature bols such as the steak salad, or pulled BBQ, built from the bottom up with layers of fresh vegetables, proteins, (or not if you are veg. or, vegan) and topped with exciting sauce and spice combinations. Or opt to “build your own bol.”
Boasting an innovative pour over system the "Poursteady" machine prepares each cup of organic joe to perfection. In addition to pour overs, Rebol also offers a variety of lattes, espresso drinks, and hot cocoa (both boozy and original.) During the summer months you will find ping-pong tables and corn hole on the Rebol patio, and during the winter months, you can jump on the rink and ice skate to your heart's content!
