Postpartum Yoga Series w/ Katelyn Natalie Women are givers but often forget to care for themselves. Take some you time to refresh and recover from the aches of pregnancy or motherhood. During this class series you will learn relaxation and self-care techniques through movement, meditation and massage. Each class will take you through breathing exercises, a slow flow yoga warm up, self- care massage techniques and a few blissful restorative poses.
