Cleveland State has a new Engineering building getting completed off of Chester Avenue. This building will feature top of the art tools for the Engineering students to excel as well as improve once again a building CSU campus and the new upgraded look.

"The Washkewicz College of Engineering's new 100,000 square foot, $60 million dollar building on Chester Avenue near E. 24th Street will be a four-story facility that will feature the Parker Hannifin Motion and Control Laboratory and the Dan T. Moore MakerSpace where students can transform their ideas to reality using state-of-the-art technology. The facility will also include multiple flexible research laboratories, teaching laboratories, simulation labs for computer modeling, student collaboration spaces, a large conference room, general classrooms and office space. The new engineering building is scheduled to open in December, 2017."
